BNXT League: Kangaroos Mechelen stops winning series Limburg United

BNXT League: Ostend turns Liège through the meat grinder

Mattias Palinckx (21 points) and Brian Fobbs (29 points) were among the driving forces behind the great victory of Kangaroos Mechelen. Alex Stein was the star at Limburg United and dropped 26 points. After a 36-41 deficit halfway through, the Limburgers came to beep at 58-57. Kangaroos Mechelen did not give up and after a crazy end it became 82-82 and an overtime was a fact. In the extension, Kangaroos Mechelen collectively pushed through to a 91-99 win. Ostend had no problems with Liège and after a 62-30 bonus halfway through it went to a 108-62 victory for the coastal team. No less than six players from Ostend reached double figures. Okapi Aalst caused a surprise by winning in Spirou Charleroi. From 35-55 (halfway) it went to a 74-93 victory for the Onions. Glenn Temmeram (20 points) led Okapi Aalst to the great victory on the road with 20 points.
