FC Barcelona rolled 4-0 over Athletic Bilbao on Sunday evening during the eleventh round of La Liga.
The Basques already owed three goals in Catalonia after 22 minutes: Ousmane Dembélé (12.), Sergi Roberto (18.) and Robert Lewandowski (22.) made Camp Nou cheer. There was no response after the break. On the other hand, it was Ferran Torres (73.) who added a fourth home goal in the basket. Dembele provided the assist for each of the last three goals.
With the resounding victory, Barça keeps in touch with leader Real Madrid (31 points) in second place in the overall ranking of the Spanish first division with 28 points.

The visitors were still in the lead at halftime thanks to Gonzalo Melero (31.). In the second half, Alex Baena brought the Yellow Submarine alongside, but also received a second yellow card. Yet the numerical number did not prove fatal: Nicolas Jackson (90.+4) sold Almeria, with Largie Ramazani entering the playing field in the 86th minute, a sour defeat.
After the loss, the PhD student is in fourteenth place in the standings of the Spanish first division with 10 points.
