Poland is counting on a large core for Nations League matches against Red Devils

The Poles open their Nations League campaign on June 1 with a home game against Wales. This is followed by a move to Brussels on 8 June for a match against the Red Devils. On 11 June there will be the away match at the Netherlands and on 14 June Poland will play host to our Red Devils in Warsaw.

Top players Robert Lewandowski, Piotr Zielinski and Krzysztof Piatek will be present. Newcomers to the squad are goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina and defender Kamil Pestka.

On Wednesday, Roberto Martinez announced his selection for the Nations League matches. He chose 32 players, midfielder Amadou Onana and striker Lois Openda were there for the first time.
