| All’s well that ends well: Mané and Cape Verde keeper are looking for each other after a hard collision

It is a miracle that Sadio Mané and Vozinha are still intact. The Senegalese attacker and Cape Verde goalkeeper collided with each other on Tuesday afternoon. Afterwards, Vozinha visited his opponent in the hospital. It is still unclear whether Mané is fit enough for the quarter-finals.

After a long ball, Mané and Vozinha both headed for the ball. Mané headed just a little earlier than the Cape Verde goalkeeper and then came into hard contact with him. Mané was briefly out, but still got up (and scored). After a while, the dizzy Mané was replaced. Vozinha was sent off with a red card.
