Maaseik also loses to Dinamo Moscow in Champions League volley

Maaseik suffered another defeat on Tuesday on the second day of the Champions League volley for men’s teams. The Limburgers lost in their own room against the Russian Dinamo Moscow 0-3. The set positions were 20-25, 22-25 and 18-25.

Maaseik already lost 3-0 on the first match day in group B to the Turkish Ankara. On the third match day, on January 11, the Limburgers go to the Poles of Projekt Warsaw.

The five group winners and the best three runners-up qualify for the quarter-finals. Earlier Tuesday, Roeselare went into group A at home against the Polish Jastrzebski Wegiel (0-3).
