Van Uytvanck wins French club championship with CT Clermontois

Tennis club CT Clermontois has crowned itself champion in the French women’s club championship for the first time. In the final, Alison Van Uytvanck’s club beat TC Boulogne-Billancourt 4-0.


Alison Van Uytvanck, who has been affiliated with Clermont for six years, defeated the French Chloé Paquet (WTA 118) on Wednesday 7-5 and 6-3 in the second singles match. Spain’s Aliona Bolsova (WTA 156), American Bernarda Pera (WTA 94) and Danish Clara Tauson (WTA 44) complete the Clermont team. (Belgian)
