Charly Musonda Junior is an official footballer again. The eternal Belgian football talent played with Chelsea’s U23 on Friday. Musonda completed an hour in the 4-3 win against Liverpool. Those were significant minutes for our compatriot, as his last official match was on August 16, 2019.

On Saturday, Musonda was delighted with his first game in more than two years. “Hugely proud of this achievement after years of recovery,” he writes on his Instagram account. “It was exhausting, both physically and mentally, to be in this position. I was nervous, but most of all it was an incredible feeling to be able to play again.”

A day later he showed some highlights of his performance. Musonda has clearly not forgotten about dribbling.
