The German Alexander Zverev (ATP 6) has qualified for the semifinals at Roland Garros on Tuesday without any problems.

In the quarterfinals at Court Philippe-Chatrier, the sixth seed beat Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina (ATP 46) in three short sets: 6-4 and twice 6-1 after 1 hour and 36 minutes. In the semi-finals he will face the Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas.
It is the first time that Zverev is in the last four on the Paris clay. In 2018 and 2019 he whacked his way to the quarterfinals.
Tsitsipas steams through to semi-finals
The Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas (ATP 5) also easily qualified for the semifinals at Roland Garros on Tuesday evening.
The fifth seed went fairly smoothly in the quarterfinals past the Russian Daniil Medvedev, the number two in the world: 6-3, 7-6 (7/3) and 7-5 after 2 hours and 19 minutes. For the 22-year-old Greek, it is his second semifinal in a row in Paris, his best result so far at a grand slam tournament.
