The final of the French play-offs (LFB) did not bring a title for Julie Allemand in Bourges. The Belgian Cat lost after a 29-29 intermediate score halfway through and with Montpellier 72-64 to Landes. Allemand accounted for 11 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists.
She did win the French Cup this season with Monpellier. In 2019 she won the French title with Lyon. She will be back in Lyon next season. At the club of chairman / owner Tony Parker, she signed a four-season contract and is also back in the prestigious Euroleague. On May 25, Allemand will take up the preparations for the Belgian Cats. This summer she will be working with the Cats at the European Championships (Strasbourg / France-Valencia / Spain) and the Olympic Games in Tokyo. She won’t be attending the WNBA and Indiana Fever this summer and after the Games.
