Knack Volley Roeselare has strengthened itself with the Slovakian Filip Gavenda. The West Flemish reported this on Thursday.
The 25-year-old main attacker (2m02) played in the past in his own country at Puchov, Spu Nitra, Bratislava and Trencin. He also gained experience in Italy (Milan and Latina), Germany (Netzhoppers) and Spain (CV Teruel). The Slovak international signed a one-year agreement with Roeselare.
“At Knack Volley, he and Michiel Ahyi will have to help fill the void that arose after the departure of Hendrik Tuerlinckx”, it sounds on the site of Roeselare, which won both the national title and the Belgian Cup last season.
